Five minutes in the life of a Kodachi Gunship pilot, controlled with a flight stick and mouse HOTAS input config.

Illustrates the ability to make snap weapons selections by mapping the buttons and tilt scroll wheel on the mouse to individual guns/missiles. In this case I am using a Logitech G502.

Aiming vertically and horizontally is achieved using the mouse, and moving forwards/back and strafing is handled with a Thrustmaster T16000M flight stick. The hat switch controls vertical motion.

The ending illustrates the value of upgrading the Impulse laser weapon, as it may be less effective against faster moving targets due to the slowness of the bolts it fires - but it is an excellent weapon to use against reactors because of its reduced energy consumption.
