Part five of our live (the finale!) playthrough of Overload, the 2017 game that is the spiritual successor to Descent and Descent II! This was made by the same developers as Descent, and is what Descent would've looked like if it had been developed today. We're also kicking the difficulty up a notch, and trying this on Hotshot... this is going to be a challenge for me! Today we figure out Lyranicus' ridiculous door puzzle, then barely scrape through Vulpecular and the final boss fight on Ymirus! We actually have time to take a quick look at the arena challenge modes, and compare rookie and insane difficulty levels.
