To continue with the trend of easily accessible budget builds in Diablo 2, today we're going to cover one of the most overhyped (but still strong) builds in Diablo 2, the blizzard sorceress and her variants, and how to take her into Nightmare and Hell, as well as equipment options should you have trouble finding the gear you need early on. There are a lot of options available for countering bad luck in Diablo 2, which is one of the great benefits of its itemization.
