There's a major Overwatch 2 downtime happening today, October 6th, 2022 and this time we might finally see the Overwatch 2 servers fixed for the first time since launch.

The Overwatch 2 queue fix is going to get rolled out today from a 3 hour down time during peak hours NA. This Overwatch 2 queue fix will hopefully finally get rid of the Overwatch 2 queue times for PC, xbox, ps4, ps5, switch, and consoles in general. The Overwatch 2 servers not working problem has been plaguing the community since launch. Hardly anyone can consistently play the game because of a serious Overwatch 2 login error. We've seen so many times that the Overwatch 2 game server connection failed, and it's been a serious blemish on the launch of this game. The Overwatch 2 servers down time is going to start at 6pm PT / 9PM ET and hopefully will fix some of these issues. The Overwatch 2 server fix is apparently something about adding more databases, but we'll have to see.

The Overwatch 2 servers will be back up around 9PM PT and midnight ET. This Overwatch 2 servers update better fix the broken queue times or the player base is going to be very annoyed. Hopefully the Overwatch 2 login error fix will work on consoles as well and everyone can finally just Play Overwatch 2 in peace without any more of these ridiculous issues.
