COMPETITIVE MATCHMAKING! Or rather, a ranked ladder system. Let's talk about what it is, the way it works, its flaws and how to address some of them! Maybe. These are just my thoughts.

There's also some 'Quality of Life' issues that Blizzard are aware of (for example, after every map you get the whole screen series of cards etc, and sometimes people leave - making it 5v6). This is more over-arching of a discussion, however.
