6Overwatch Discussion's: Swapping Hero's-Should You Learn Different Hero's?
What's up y'all!! :D How are y'all doing today?
In this video, I talk about swapping hero's and if it's important to fill.
The answer is yes! Thats one of the things that makes Overwatch so specia. The fact that you can switch a hero mid game is amazing!
I give you 3 reasons why I think it's a good idea, follow these tips and watch your overall gamesense skyrocket!! :D
1. Be Able To Fill- Now this one is very important and it can make or break a game.
Let's just say that someone on your team is not doing so well and they switch off that role.
Now, your team is lackling that certain role and nobody knows how to play it.
This means that your team will most likely lose to lack of DPS,heals, etc..
Being able to play any hero or most of them will not only boost your skill but it will also help your team win.
YOU can make sure the team is not lacking in anything and pull your team to victory!
People who can flex are the hidden saviours of the game!
2. Better Understanding Of Counter's- Now this one is really important.
Like the saying "dont judge a book by its cover" the same applies with Overwatch.
You might say that you know how to counter every hero but what if the roles were switched.
You will see a Genji try and deflect Mei's free ray and think to yourself "he's so dumb"
Later on in that game you might try Genji and realize that you did the same thing!
Remember that saying you know all your counter's is one thing but TRUELY evaluating what they do and not messing up is another.
Learn the way your counters play and get rid of those habits! By doing this, you will have a way better understanding of the game!
3. Not Intimidated By Swapping- Now I think this one is the most important out of all of them.
When your nervous about changing a hero in a game and you switch to that role, you've already lost.
Not only are you nervous to play that role but you're plays with that hero will be off.
You wont have a general understanding of what to do or how to react.
Most people might not even know what the counter's are to the hero they're are playing!!
When you learn that flex hero, not only are you at peace in your mind, but you will also now what to do in certain moments of that game.
You will be able to pull through for that win, no matter what role you're playing! :D
