As a D.Va player I try to explain why I think D.Va is currently too weak to keep up in competitive play. She definitely needs a buff, and blizzard is working on it. Lets hope for something good!

Currently I think her hitbox can be improved (smaller)
I think her ultimate is currently useless since people have learned to hide. Its still useful for clearing points though.
Her base damage is too low.
