This is a bug where viewing highlights/play of the game via the Highlights menu doesn't display the player's name alongside many other issues.

The first highlight displays Hanamura and the rest display Dorado. Only the third and fourth highlights are from Dorado and the second and fifth highlights are from Numbani and King's Row.
I was playing D.Va for four of the highlights except the fifth highlight where I was playing Reinhardt.

The most common issue is when viewing the first, second, third and fifth highlights, the player's name isn't displayed and the camera focuses on the spawn room. The fourth highlight works as intended.
