0Is this beating a dead horse? We like to think otherwise. You’ve heard that Overwatch League might be dying and even if you didn’t, you’re probably aware that Overwatch is getting plenty of negative attention these days.
Big name players left the league and even the casting talent and the commissioner have jumped ship. Viewership numbers aren’t what they used to be, while the players’ travel schedule is crazier than ever. All the while the balancing is not where anyone really wants it to be.
So is Overwatch dying?
Is a game dying just because its esports is failing? No. The esports though… well, many of the problems people have with the game have existed for a while now. The esports scene simply wasn’t built right but why that is, we will break down for you in this video.
