Ozzy Osbourne is set to release his final memoir, called ‘Last Rites‘. ...the book is set to arrive on October 7th through Grand Central Publishing and i focused on the latter years of his life, including his mounting health issues that have forced him to retire from touring. Among those struggles are his battle with Parkinson’s disease and how the 2019 fall which dislodged several steel rods previously surgically inserted in his body impacted him ....
he also reflects on his life story, his final moments with the late Lemmy Kilmister of Motörhead and more in the book. .. it will also include thoughts on ‘Back To The Beginning‘,... the final curtain call for Ozzy‘s live career as well as that of Black Sabbath.
Ozzy said about the book:
“People say to me, if you could do it all again, knowing what you know now, would you change anything? I’m, like, f.. ck no. If I’d been clean and sober, I wouldn’t be Ozzy. If I’d done normal, sensible things, I wouldn’t be Ozzy. Look, if it ends tomorrow, I can’t complain. I’ve been all around the world. Seen a lot of things. I’ve done good… and I’ve done bad. But right now, I’m not ready to go anywhere.”
