OMC blocked 214B at certain range causes you to fall to the other side on certain characters, allowing for a tricky cross up. I got it to work on Yu, Kanji, Aigis, and Liz but it's easiest by far on Yu.
The last 2 clips show you can make 214B whiff for cross up 5DD attempt. This is universal but less ambiguous and gives them a larger gap to escape/react.
