Pacifist Ace of Clubs Skip Proof-of-Concept
This was a tricky one to figure out. We don't have time to use grenades or C4 to blow up the HQ/Garage during the contract fadeout, so we're stuck with projectile explosives. Also, we need a witness for the act, and the Mafia soldiers seem to invariably run away from you whenever you fire a rocket, so it's nearly impossible to get a warp that way.
However, the three Thugs that are programmed to get into the NK Transport Truck *always* pathfind toward the truck, so if you drive it away from them, you can force their line-of-sight to be pointing in your direction right as you fire the rocket to blow up the Garage. I think this is as optimized as it can get for Pacifist playthroughs, unless someone else discovers a faster strat that is also consistent.
Only slight improvement would be loading the Jack into the NK Jeep near him rather than a Transport Truck, but it's extremely risky with all the armor in the area shooting at you. I'd rather go with safe strats for this category.
