42Painkiller is a first-person shooter developed by People Can Fly and published by DreamCatcher Interactive in 2004. You take the role of Daniel Garner, wo died with his wife Catherine by a car accident. While Catherine made it to heaven, Daniel got stuck in purgatory. In order to receive purification, he has to kill four of Lucifer's generals. Painkiller uses the PainEngine with Havok physics and has been released for Microsoft Windows, Xbox, iOS and Android.
