I've discovered several new skips.
The skips in Unfortunate Abbey are worth around five and a half minutes of IGT, but I have to shed around two minutes from that to lag frames in real time. The games single-threadedness doesn't handle a couple of hundred enemies well.

The skip in Highway To Hell is an easy one and saves maybe one and a half or two minutes.

I always thought there would be another skip in Graveyard and I was right.
That small jump over the arena door cuts the run time by around three and a half minutes.

The rest of the improvement over my older run comes from way better ammo and enemy management.
