PAINTING WITH HAIKU | WATERCOLOR PAINTING | AIR BALLOON | WORLD POETRY DAY
It's the celebration of World Poetry Day yesterday, and a haiku poetry stanza came out of my mind. I entitled this as "air balloon," a poem describing the feeling of being surprised by an achievement you did not expect you could have. I think we are all on an infinite path of discoveries that could give us more of what we expected. I want to experience riding an air balloon someday, and this made me realize these things about unlocking your goals and dreams in life. We all have dreams and these dreams lead us to wanting to achieve and to wanting to pursue our everyday paths. So let's not be afraid of every day, for each day could unlock more of what we think we can experience.
Moreover, according to Oxford Languages, a haiku is a Japanese poem containing seventeen syllables in three lines of five, seven, and five, and it traditionally evokes images of the natural world. How beautiful and short a haiku is! I encourage you to try it.
Have a good day, everyone. ๐
