The Electro Blooper will spawn as the second of the three Bloopers in Toad Town Tunnels. As its name implies, it is able to electrify itself, causing you to take damage if you touch it while it is charged. The Hammer Throw badge is useful for hitting it during its charging turn, which also prevents it from using its charged attack.
