Before I explain, here�۪s a tip. After you save in Black Bowser�۪s Castle, quit and then restart the game. You�۪ll be at the World Map and you can use this chance to stock up on cards you need. Oh and I�۪m using a thumbnail that doesn�۪t spoil anything.
Anyway it�۪s time we tackle the big bad himself: Black Bowser. Jump attacks won�۪t work but if you have Iron Jumps or Spin Jumps, they work. Hammers are needed here. After dealing damage, he�۪ll attack you and then some black blobs. Destroy the Black Blobs so that way he won�۪t heal. He always resummons the Black Blobs back to heal but if you�۪re dealing a lot of damage to him by that point, it won�۪t be an issue.
Halfway through, the guy gets gigantic and his attacks will pack a major punch. After getting whacked by an attack, Huey suggests for you to summon him so that you can use him to absorb the hits. Do that then bring out your strongest attacks to deal damage. Time your blocks right so that the paint can be absorbed. Deal damage then block when needed. After enough, he�۪ll unleash a final attack so time that block right so all the black paint can be absorbed. Then you use your strongest attack and then finish off Bowser.
