The door to the backyard with the Paper Macho Goomba is blocked by the goomba itself, so the first 3 jumps can't be saved, but at least we can exit the house by going through the doors instead of using another 2 jumps to climb over the fence

As for the red brick building, we have to use a jump to pull the Spike out of the block to trigger the box to slip off the shelf when we hammer it to get the Magic Circle. In the next room, there's nothing we can do about the next 6 jumps. But we can avoid an extra jump from jumping out the window by just exiting out the front door

One last thing to address is the fact that I go around the southern side of Toad Town to get to the landmarks needed for the Shy Guys and the manhole hook. I do this because if we go north, near the broken bridge, Olivia will see the broken bridge and we go through more dialogue boxes, which wastes time.
