I've played TTYD since I was a kid, but I've never played a mod...until now. Join me as I try to beat the game while constantly fighting my wacky Badge loadout.

My rules:
1) I have to equip every badge I can pick up.
2) Duplicate non-stacking badges are special:
a) If not round, remove a badge
b) If round, add or remove a badge
c) If FX, both add and remove a badge
3) I can buy badges in shops outside Rogueport, and every chapter I can buy one badge from each shop in Rogueport. I can sell unequipped badges.
4) Every time I level up HP or FP, I’m forced to remove a helpful badge, starting with the best defensive badges and Lucky badges, especially those where the BP cost is the only downside.
5) Every time I get a Crystal Star or a Star Piece, I equip Double Pain if it isn’t equipped already.
6) Double Dip, Double Dip P, and all Lucky badges are considered non-stacking for this challenge, so they fall under rule 2.
7) Every time I Game Over, I can add and/or remove a badge to help myself if needed.
8) I can skip items to randomize them into other items or badges, but I can’t re-randomize a badge if I can pick it up. I’ll probably reshuffle a shop’s contents sometimes, but I won’t overdo it.
9) Fleeing is a last resort. I can’t run away to avoid an item or badge drop, but I can run if the battle is too dangerous.
10) Fun comes above everything else. I might break or change the rules in the interest of making this more fun or less painful, or I might forget a rule at some point. It’s totally fine. I’ll stick to the rules as much as possible, but they’re still just guidelines that will be shaped by what I want from this experience.
