Overall? This may be the character I enjoyed playing as the least. The lack of a special attack isn't really compensated with anything noteworthy. The tail attacks don't hit properly, the atomic breath lacks range and power, and the slow walking speed makes things even more tedious. But at least the roar recovers a lot of health, and.... sounds great?
