it's been 25 years since using a scroll saw like I did in high school. I found old craftsman at yard sale for ten or twenty dollars. I had it for most likely five to eight years before even using it besides plugging it in to make sure it worked.
I will post videos of how to transfer a stencil or drawing onto wood. I am a free hand artist myself. it requires wax paper laid over picture trace it with a lead pencil, then place wax paper onto wood use a marker it will bleed through the wax paper onto the wood.
other thing is using a drill for pilot holes, having patience, going slow and study. I close one eye something that helps me considering I had eye surgery, lots of head trauma and vertigo. it's fun just requires a scroll blades. Amazon bought 20 for 8 dollars. far as wood old paneling, scrap wood or dumpster diving is how I use materials since I am semi disabled to work.
