Environment Variables
Navigate to System variables window *NOT User variables, but the second window down* and DOUBLE CLICK Path.

Edit environment variable window will pop up, DOUBLE CLICK the
C:\Windows\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\
and ADD ;C:\Python38;C:\Python38\Scripts to the end of it.

The final code should look like this:

C:\Windows\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\;C:\Python38;C:\Python38\Scripts
