Each year, hundreds of thousands of patents are granted by patent offices in the US and Canada. With such a high-volume of incoming inventions, law firms and innovative companies constantly require experts on patent filing. However, patent work requires high evel of intellectual capital, usually deep expertise in both Law and STEM. Since the demand for this type of job is overwhelming compared to the supply, most of the market needs remain unfulfilled and patent lawyers are overworked. PatentNet utilizes state-of-the-art tools in Natural Language Processing and Graph Theory to assist lawyers in filing patent applications quickly and accurately.

note: The patent ID can be a 7 digit number of US patents from 1990-1999, and the weights for citation and weights for text should add up to 1 (default is 0.5, 0.5).
Some sample IDs: 5702467, 5862345, 5555555
