Path of Exile 2: Remove the nameplates in Hideout-Editmode
as title says:
In Hideout end evtl. active edit-mode.
Select the hooded one and place him.
The Hideout goes to edit mode.
Move over some allready placed decorations (not needed but seems to work better that way)
End edit-mode.
Press and hold left-mouse to move over decorations and you have a good chance the names will show up outside of edit-mode. In this status you can edit the hideout, place new decorations etc. without beeing flooded by the nameplates.
Another option to get into that mode:
1) use the hideout you are working on and do a fresh up to date savefile
2) select the hooded one and place him
3) games goes to edit mode
4) end edit mode and press import select the hideoutfile you just saved and load it
5) game should also be in the mode that hides the nameplates if not moused over.
