For this setup I rolled each watchstone to optimize for Nemesis currency, strongboxes, and Beyond and put "Does not Consume Sextant charges" on the map. This is a test and if I were to do it long-term I would roll similar sextants but using Elevated instead of awakened as this will be a significantly higher gain per map run.

Yes I am wearing a headhunter, and originally I thought that it was a strong part of the build, but now that I've finished my gear and done more testing, I've found that you don't really feel a need for headhunter until around 80-100% Delirious, for all content below that including AL8+ Sirus I don't notice having the headhunter on or a dex belt (you will need to fix dex if you use no headhunter!)
