!! IMPORTANT !!
I've put a lot of time and 200-300 ex into this build, I didn't test it to see if it would work well on a budget, so proceed with caution. I am very proud of the gear as it took a lot of time to craft and the result is a blast. Since harvest has returned I've been abusing it to finely tune my builds so that no affix is out of place or wasted.
