Tonight we take a first look at Path of Exile, which Grinding Gear Games just placed on Open Beta. We take the Shadow through the opening parts of the game and show features of the game, including gems, flasks, the passive skill tree, the economy, and how everything comes together.

Full disclosure: I am excited about the game but did not participate in open beta. So while I am familiar with the game some of the mechanics were new to me as well in the video. So call this a "first look" from a fresh set of eyes.
