It's Hardcore Mode time in Grinding Gear Games' Path of Exile, which has just hit open beta. I take on the Shadow class as I attempt to not get immediately face smashed -- and considering I never made it out of Act II Hardcore in Diablo II, something tells me we might not be in for a long run on this character.

Path of Exile is a fun, free to play game that I highly recommend. Download it, and hopefully I'll see you in game!
