Pathfinder WOTR Stream 17 - Stein claws out the Ghoul Menace one natural attack after the next!
0We return back to Pathfinder to follow the path of Stein, a Shifter seeking to obliterate all foes with his might alone, seeking to overwhelm his enemies alone when we reach that point! While we were unable to finish this run on Unfair, will we be able to beat back the enemies on Hard at least? LETS FIND OUT!
For this stream, we start off at the base of the mountain where our people were being held hostage by Ghouls and Gargoyles! Naturally, the bane of our build is just undead, simply due to the fact they are immune to our fear, and sadly with no way to overcome this flaw we are forced to brute force it with surprise attacks and exceptional damage output with each strike! It was long winded, but we finally made our way to the top, confronting the Nifalshee who had similar divinity to our own! Despite this setback however, we persevered, and not only that; but gained power from the situation, obtaining our second mythic rank! In doing so, I decided our best investment was going for Master Polymorph, and just from that upgrade had it proved to be the right choice, as now we can permanently maintain our Arbok form, moving at 40 ft, gaining absurd boosts from the change, nevermind the stability we hold now with this transformation! Regardless, we saved all of our companions, and did a little exploring, finding a small shrine to Desna and a few other things. Mainly foes. In doing so however, we did hit another level and got enough power to get Level 5 Fighter, allowing me to obtain Weapon Focus, going quite well with our Lesser Weapon Focus, granting us a juicy +2 to Attack and Damage! We ended off stream after being killed by a 40 AC Nifalshee, as I was rather busy at the time of streaming this! Next stream, we will explore the rest of this area, probably take out that Nifalshee and finally begin the raid on Drezen in earnest! All this and more next stream!
