While I'm not totally convinced this game is impossible to complete due to the early pickup bug, I need to move forward with the journey, so this one will fall to the backlog list.


My current running theory is that one may be able to take care of every animal in this scenario exactly the same way and somehow meet the requirements presented in the instructions. The prospect of teaching the animals tricks is unclear outside of the dogs, but if one were to do everything in their power, I think it could potentially work, even though the "required" animals are picked up 5 days early.


The GBA Journey is a challenge in which I will complete every GBA game released in North America. This journey will include 940+ games!
