Take a journey back to the 1980's with us as we become former detective Jack Kelly. Framed for a crime he didn't commit, Jack has been bumped down to a beat cop and it's up to you to figure out what's happening. This of course happens while you're handing out parking tickets, checking tires, and negotiating the politics of walking your "beat".
