This heist can be random to stealth solo. Sometimes guards won't walk outside, the blackmailer can appear randomly(the first time in my previous attempt, the second time in this attempt), civs will keep spawning, and many more. I could've gotten all loot from the vault but, I don't want to risk the GenSec guards being dispatched(and not being able to answer the phone because of the motion sensors inside the vault), and other weird AI/RNG bullshit.
