Recently made the switch to console yesterday and got my time down to a 4:44, then this morning, a 4:31, then a 4:29, next a 4:23, and now a 4:22.
Lots and lots of good runs this mornin'.. But I'm not stopping there!
I'll try and improve my time to a 4:1X and go from there!
I'll hopefully try for 4:1X later today.
