ENG: "Claw" (also known as "Captain Claw") is a platformer game made in 1997. It is the 17th century and Claw's ship is sunk by Admiral La Rauxe, who intends to liquidate him. The hero himself is placed in a prison cell in the castle of La Roca. While waiting for execution, Claw finds a letter from Edward Tobin describing the Amulet of Nine Beings, a medallion that will be the property of whoever finds it. Our hero does not hesitate a moment and escapes from prison in search of the medallion described in the letter. In this game, the goal of the game is to collect the treasure along the way and defeat all kinds of enemies standing in the way. The player's task is to collect all pieces of the map and get nine gems of the Nine Beings Amulet.
This video uses the first level called "La Roca".
Before my game I had problems with the game on a newer version of Windows - I am currently using Windows 10. Therefore, to use the gameplay I used a tool called "OpenClaw", which allows running this game on newer versions of Windows, and also on Linux. It also allows you to play the game in widescreen format. The author of this tool is Petr Jašíček from the Czech Republic.
