How to teleport to unreachable places:
1. Jump to the edge of an unreachable place.
2. On that golden millisecond, switch characters so the game will "rearrange" the character locations. Because the character is on an "unstable spot" over or beside the unreachable place, the game will relocate the character to a stable platform on the unreachable place.

Note:
Another example of "rearranging" is around 0:14 when I switched from the Inquisitor to Varric. The game placed the Inquisitor to the floor (stable location) from the stair handles (unstable location).

This video also includes the unreachable Eluvian in Inverted Ward of Shattered Library. If you thought you missed something because you can't reach it, you didn't. It's meant to be a background to show where the Viddasala came from. If you enter it, the game will crash and you'll be forced to reopen Origin.
