Hello all, and welcome to the next part in my Medal of Honor series! This is the first expansion for Medal of Honor, Spearhead! Such a fun expansion with lots of memorable moments in it, and I hope you all enjoy it! This walkthrough was done on the hardest difficulty, getting all the medals in the game (although this was a lot easier than the base game).

PLEASE NOTE: For Mission 1 Act 2 and Mission 1 Act 3, there is a glitch in Spearhead where if your textures are set any higher than "Low", then the fog will be broken on these two levels, causing massive ugly pop-ins. So if you notice that the textures look bad in those two levels, it's because I had to lower them to fix the fog. The levels before and after these two are as normal though.

List of medals in this game are below:

France and Germany Star - Awarded for completing Mission 1: Operation Overlord.

Belgian Croix de Guerre - Awarded for completing Mission 2: The Ardennes Forest.

Medal for the Capture of Berlin - Awarded for completing Mission 3: Road to Berlin.

Bronze Star - Awarded for beating Spearhead on Easy difficulty (past playthrough).

Silver Star - Awarded for beating Spearhead on Medium difficulty (past playthrough).

Distinguished Cross - Awarded for beating Spearhead on Hard difficulty (this playthrough).
