Last month PC Perspective and Hardware Canucks partnered together to offer up a March / St. Patrick's Day themed giveawawy via YouTube. The problem? Only one of 15 people I contacted about winning replied - the rest were silent or replied and did not live in the US or Canada (one of the requirements).
