Use the method shown in the video to fix the "Black Line" problem in PCSX2 for Windows 10. This is commonly seen in Namco titles, along with a few others.

It should also be mentioned that you CANNOT use a custom resolution under the video "Plugin Settings" with this fix. You must be using one of the drop-down menu's selection of native resolution multiples.

Written steps:
1) Open PCSX2
2) Click on "Config" drop-down
3) Click on "Video"
4) Choose "Plugin Settings"

5) Check the box labeled "Enable HW Hacks"
6) Click on the now-available "Configure Hacks" button
7) Check the box labeled "Align Sprites"
8) Click "OK"
9) Click "OK" again
10) Load game and proceed.


Afterwards, all should be well, with the black lines now gone. This fix should not have any ill effects (that I have found) on other titles.
