Pen Pen TriIcelon Dreamcast Game in English (Part #6) Time Trial as Hanamizu

Released in 1999 in the United States and PAL regions (1998 in Japan), Pen Pen TriIcelon was a children's racing game exclusive for the Dreamcast console. The interesting thing about this game is that many of the cartoon characters came from the third-person shooter called Blue Stinger (a Dreamcast classic). In the Hello Market level of Blue Stinger, the Pen Pen characters can be seen on the stamp machines found across the level. To be honest, this was the first thing that I noticed while looking at the game's cover back in the day.
From my understanding, foreign versions were released in English (for all PAL regions and the US) and Japanese.
