Penn State head coach Mike Rhoades met with the media on Thursday afternoon at the Bryce Jordan Center. Five days removed from a lopsided loss at Ohio State on Saturday, 79-67, the Nittany Lion leader wanted one thing in particular.
Set to host Minnesota on Saturday evening (6:30 p.m., BTN) at the Bryce Jordan Center, Rhoades was eager to return to the hardwood. On today's Penn State Basketball show, host Thomas Frank Carr and basketball insider Nate Bauer discuss that loss to the Buckeyes and the growing trend of poor first halves dooming the team.
We'll also discuss the team's plan to get out of that rut and what is coming up this weekend against Minnesota. The team is in it's bye week, so we'll also discuss how the team has been using this off time from games.
