"Penny & Sylvester" Part 22 - This Is My Family/"Burning Love"
148Neera arrives to retrieve Sylvester herself, and fires Kai for endangering Penny and failing to capture Sylvester. After observing Sylvester's civilized behavior and being informed that Penny legally owns Sylvester because she bought him at the animal shelter, Neera decrees that Sylvester will live out his exile on Earth and that the Pelekai family is under the protection of the United Galactic Federation. Sylvester, Manny, and Sid, having joined Penny and Astrid's family, rebuild their house with Hiccup and Kristoff's help.
