Track 1 from the redbook soundtrack to Penny Racers (aka Choro-Q 1 in Japan), this is the theme that plays on both the title demo screen and the "Special Circuit" aka Tsukuba Circuit in all but name. The PAL translated names for the courses have been used for this upload, and all tracks have been sourced from lossless rips straight from my own near mint physical copy.
