Nintendo is said to talk about this Project NX thing next year in 2016. But people also think it will release next year too? If it is a handheld or upgraded Wii U? Sure. If it is the next system? HECK NO!

Nintendo needs to wait and end the Wii U right, or else they could burn the bridges of too many fans' trust in the company and their systems. I fear if this happens fans would worry about future Nintendo system lifespans.
