I play mission 1.1 dataDyne Defection on the Perfect Agent (hard) difficulty level. It’s my 2nd time doing this mission on the hard mode, so I’ll be taking my time here. Perfect Dark is one of the most challenging first person shooters on the Nintendo 64 and even more so when played on Perfect Agent mode. The game was released by RareWare in 2000 and distributed exclusively by Nintendo. The game requires the N64’s expansion pack to access the story missions and most of the multiplayer features. The expansion pack doubles the amount of Random Access Memory (RAM) from from 4 megabytes to 8MB of continuous main memory. With the expansion pack, this means longer draw-distance, better graphics and resolution. I think only 6 games use the expansion game. In this video, Carrington Institute (CI) agent Joanna Dark is tasked to rescue a Doctor Carrol from the basement laboratory of the ruthless dataDyne Corporation before they brainwash him. Joanna Dark starts from the helipad and works her way down to the lobby while completing additional tasks. I left timestamps in this description. Voice acting was done by the staff of RareWare.
Eveline Novakovic (nee Fischer) as Joanna Dark.
Chris Sutherland as Daniel Carrington, dataDyne Guards.
