Citra is currently available for Windows, Linux, and Mac (OS X). Hopefully one day it will be available for Android and iPhone / iPad devices as well. All my Citra videos are running on Windows 10 64-bit. Also, all of my Citra videos show the games running in real time--no edited speedups or anything like that.
As you can see in the video, the touch screen is completely gray, so you cannot see what to push to do anything (and regular controls don't do much either once in-game). So until the gray screen issue is fixed, this game isn't really playable.
