Phantasy Star 1 Boss 4: Dr Mad
0I feel like this boss is supposed to be later in the game. Anyways
Difficulty: 5/10
He hits hard surprisingly hard and has a massive health bar for this early in the game but there's one drawback for him. The rope spell will always work and bind him stopping him from attacking for one and maybe even two turns. Just go to town and eventually he'll die.
Also he'll ask for your cat Myau. DO NOT GIVE MYAU TO HIM he will instantly kill Myau and fight you anyways. There's more story stuff here in the remake and we'll get to that soon enough.
