It's time to move to the next game in another series. Phantasy Star III. The Genesis JRPGs, trying to compete with the masterpieces on the SNES. I know people who swear by these games, and I just don't see it. Especially when these games refuse to give you information, such as what anything does. No item stats, no description for items or skills, nothing.

Beyond that, this game is giving me *NOTHING* to start with. I've got one character, alone. I have access to three towns, two caves, two temples. I cannot get into the caves, the temples tell me I can't use them, and I've spoken to every NPC in every town and gotten nothing from them. There's a sapphire I need to get into a cave, I need to be able to get to an island for that. I need a cyborg to use the boat. There's two airports on the map, they seem to do nothing.
