Phantom Doctrine gets in its own way with buggy pathfinding and a myriad of glitches that forced me to restore multiple saves until I finally came across one that ended the game for me.

UPDATE: I have been told that the bug I encountered was a "rare bug in the pop-up system where 2 pop-ups que up but if one is clicked, the other one never 'goes away' in the engine's mind, impeding progress." The sense was that this issue is EXTREMELY rare and should be fixed now that the game has launched. I wanted to add this here in case you were willing to deal with jank, but not with having a run stopped.
