Phantom Starkiller is a character created by Killer Bootlegs. He's a skull-faced Cosmic Ghoul with a laser sword and a chest-mounted breathing apparatus - what's not to love?! I recently picked up a collectible plastic version of him from Super7, and it's inspired me to make him out of tiny squares!
