It's basically just 24x Difficulty but with Summoning Circle to get Objectives much easier, to get a Ghost Event for a photo or that Objective, and to get a reliable Hunt that you know where it will start. The 25% Sanity Pill Restoration allows you to take all 4 Pills at the start, and then hold out a Candle for most of the run, which'll stop the Sanity Drain, making it (95% of the time) impossible for the Ghost to start Hunting, of course excluding certain Special Abilities from different Ghosts. You can also use the Board to ask of the Bone Location, allowing you to get the Bone and a Photo of it, which accounts for a massive extra bonus in money making. The Board then provides 2 Photos, one being the Interaction and one being the Board itself, and then you can also get a Summoning Circle picture, the Bone picture, and the Ghost picture, allowing you to use all 5 Photos in the Photo Cam. Asking the Bone Location question will only drop your Sanity by 20%, so you don't need to worry still about falling into the Sanity Hunting Range of any Ghosts, again, excluding their Special Abilities sometimes. You can then utilize the Hiding Spot in the Managers Office to hide, once you use the 2 Smudge Sticks to almost perfectly line up timing on keeping the Ghost far enough away for you to make it all the way there. The picture and numbered rooms on the Map also help quite a bit in finding that Bone Location. Last step is just to figure out what the Ghost is by it's Behavior in the Hunt, you could even go farther with just sticking around in the location to get more insight. Along with these changes, I think you could easily handle making it so you don't have flashlights, even in the case that ghosts can find you easier with the flashlights.
